Refund and Return Policy for Crazy Tail

CRITICAL NOTICE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.

 


1. Final Sale Policy

By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to a change in preference, style, or personal circumstances. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing charts thoroughly before checking out.

 

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Crazy Tail does not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the item, if it does not fit your personal aesthetic, or if you found a similar product elsewhere. Our logistics and fulfillment systems are optimized for speed, and once an item is dispatched, the sale is considered concluded.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, we stand behind the integrity of our products. If you receive an item that is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. To report a defect:

  • Provide your full name and order number.

     

  • Attach clear high-resolution photos and/or a brief video showing the defect or damage in its original packaging.

     

Upon verification, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a store credit at our sole discretion. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or to our shipping address without prior written authorization.

 

4. Shipping and Logistics

Crazy Tail is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the item.

 

5. Exceptions

In the rare event that the wrong item was shipped (e.g., you ordered Product A but received Product B), we will rectify the error at no additional cost to you. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a correction.
